A Month with Mr. Rent      Once upon a time, there was a man named James Rent. He was completely filled with apathy. He would have been proud of this trait, were he not entirely apathetic about everything. It really helped him at times though. School was never a problem for him. The AntOnce upon a time, there was an ant. He, like his fellow ants, walked around the ant hill all day expanding and building. He was not a special ant. He didn't have a name or a favorite color. Nathan and the KingOnce upon a time there was a land called Tymnia. In Tymnia, there was a very mean, angry king. He had been the king of Tymnia for thousands of years. At first, his people had loved him. He was a just ruler who always attempted to find the best solution for everyone involved. As the years passed though, the king let the power he had turn him into an angry, vengeful man. His people no longer loved him.   
Because the king was so vastly unpopular, he produced a theory.

Long time no see.

Hi deviantART! Been a while, eh?

Admittedly, I've fallen a bit lax. that is to say, I've not updated anything in almost 4 years...

In any case, I know nobody ever checks my page anymore. On the off chance that you've stumbled here via some form of randomness, know that when I got to college I started writing (very) short stories. Some of them I wrote when I was drunk, others when I was tired, and other still when I was lonely. I'm submitting them all as-is, and any typos or inconsistencies are unknown to me because I also never proof read my work. Most of them were written In a textbox on Myspace, so no spell check there. Go figure.

Anyway, feel free to correct/suggest whatever about them. I'm not an artist, but I do enjoy writing occasionally.
